What to expect in a mindfulness session?

Learn. During the first part of the session, participants will learn what mindfulness is, why it matters and the benefits of practice. In addition, they will take a quick mindfulness self-assessment to increase self-awareness of their current state.

Practice. Next, participants will put what they've learned to work and practice a live, guided meditation

Discuss. Afterwards, we will have an interactive discussion where participants share what they experienced and any challenges or concerns will be addressed.

Do. At the end of the session, participants will create their own a Mindfulness Action Plan so they have a way to sustain their practice.

Mindful Time Management

This program busts the myth of ‘I am busy, so I don’t have time’. We discuss with the participants busting myths on “busyness” and list the time wasters. Than present tools of prioritisation, effective time allocation, address procrastination and introduce mindfulness practices used by successful people. Participants practice mindfulness techniques during the program and take away an action plan. 

 

Team Building

This initiative is a mix of all the above modules plus a range of trust building activities. It is a experience based team bonding program focusing on inner and outer connection building a strong relationship with oneself and the team plus listening, communicating and handling team projects effectively. It also imparts empathy, compassion and forgiveness using unique methods and tools involving music, drumming, dance and play. At the end, team receives set of practical tools for conflict resolution, working seamlessly and group mindfulness practices for relieving stress.

 

 

Mindful Communication and Listening Skills Program

Participants learn to differentiate between response and reaction reducing conflicts at work, deeply listen, handle difficult conversations with ease and improve open and honest communication. Shakti Leadership - Mastering Mindfulness Program

Based on Zen Principles and insights/themes from the organisation, this program is customised for employees in challenging leadership roles. It prepares leaders to simply understand the employees and situations mindfully, act calmly, come up with creative solutions, give creative feedback that empowers subordinates, give opportunities to grow and handle conflicts like a pro.
